Dawali David Exodus is a documentary photographer and photojournalist based in Abuja, Nigeria.

His interest in documenting social issues as they affect the family compelled him to develop the personal project 'Love Once Lived Here'. Through this work, he documents families whose homes have been affected by demolitions, capturing their current realities in poignant contrast to where they once lived and called home.

He has been commissioned by a range of prestigious international organizations and publications. His work with major entities like UNICEF, the Gates Foundation, Bloomberg, UNDP, UNFPA, Global Citizen, and others demonstrates a proven ability to deliver high-impact visual communication for global initiatives.

His documentary photographs have been widely published, appearing in reputable outlets such as Bloomberg Businessweek, Zam magazine, Getty Images, Forbes Africa, and the Financial Post,Channels television establishing his authority in the field of photojournalism. Further solidifying his presence in the global visual arts community, his work has been featured in several prominent exhibitions. These include the Swedish Embassy Opening Exhibition for the Abuja Photo Festival, the Institut Français du Nigéria Closing Exhibition, the Ethical Visual Reportage on Migration Exhibition by UNESCO, and the esteemed Lagos Photo Festival.

He has a bachelors degree in Linguistics  from the University of Abuja and has gone ahead to attend numerous workshops such as He has attended a number of photography workshops, including the No! Wahala Photo Essay workshop, Foto Documentar workshop by the Swedish Embassy, Abuja Enterprise Agency training on photography. His works have earned him a place in the African Photojournalism Database (APJD), Indigenous Photographs, and also Diversify Photos communities
